Privacy policy

The short version

Renolume does not require an account, does not sell personal data, and does not pass your project details to contractors or lead buyers.

What we collect

• Project inputs. The answers you give the planner — size, condition, specification tier and location — are used to produce your estimate. Saved scenarios are stored in your own browser.
• Usage analytics. Aggregate, non-identifying events such as which pages were viewed, which project type was selected and whether an estimate was completed. Used to measure whether the product is useful.
• Messages you send us. If you contact us, we keep the message and your reply address so we can respond.

What we do not do

• We do not sell or rent personal data.
• We do not resell your project as a contractor lead.
• We do not require you to hand over an email address to see your estimate.

Cookies and local storage

Renolume uses browser local storage to keep your saved scenarios on your device, and privacy-respecting analytics to count page and feature usage. Clearing your browser storage removes your saved scenarios permanently.

Third parties

The site is served by our hosting provider and may display clearly labelled advertising or affiliate placements. Where an advertising partner is used, its own privacy terms apply to the ad request.

Your choices

You can delete saved scenarios at any time from the scenarios page or by clearing site data. To ask a question about data we hold, or to request deletion of a message you sent us, use the contact page.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, the updated version will be published here.
